History of nursing, hospital organization, aseptic techniques, bed making, patient positioning, bed sore prevention, and admission/discharge documentation.

Personal hygiene assistance, vital signs recording (temperature, pulse, respiration, BP), fluid intake/output monitoring, and catheter/Ryle's tube care.

Human structural biology, organ systems, immune defense, nosocomial infection control, biomedical waste segregation (Color-coded bins), and autoclaving.

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR - AHA guidelines), AED operation, choking management (Heimlich maneuver), hemorrhage control, and emergency triage.

Therapeutic communication with patients and families, doctor-assistant coordination, handling clinical emergencies, and medical ethics.
